- Engage in workforce development initiatives that promote job placement and retention for participants.
Skills
- Experience working with people who have developmental disabilities or autism is highly preferred.
- Excellent mentoring skills that inspire confidence and motivation in others.
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques to effectively assess participant needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with social work professionals and community organizations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
