We’re looking for an E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow a multi-brand online retail portfolio. This role requires strong Shopify expertise, CRM execution, and a data-driven approach to optimizing performance across multiple storefronts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple Shopify stores within a multi-brand portfolio
- Optimize product listings, merchandising, pricing, and promotions to drive conversion
- Execute and manage CRM campaigns (email & SMS) using Klaviyo
- Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV) and implement improvements
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
- Maintain site functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement UX improvements
Requirements:
- 3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience
- Strong expertise in Shopify (setup, customization, apps, integrations)
- Proven experience with CRM tools, especially Klaviyo (email & SMS marketing)
- Experience managing or supporting multi-brand e-commerce portfolios
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and performance optimization
Preferred:
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO strategies
- Familiarity with paid media and digital marketing channels
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid is a plus
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
