You’ll manage warm leads from initial enquiry through to close. Success in this role comes from quickly understanding customer needs, building rapport, and converting opportunities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email
- Qualify leads, recommend products, and close sales
- Follow up on quotes and open opportunities
- Prepare quotes and process orders accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain strong product knowledge and customer communication
- Handle a high volume of calls and enquiries daily
