Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 / year

Your Role
As our Regional Director of Revenue Strategy, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue performance and strategic decision-making for our hotels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implement and follow company Revenue Management processes across daily, weekly, and quarterly time periods.
- Administer and refine processes to ensure room occupancy revenue is effectively captured.
- Develop and adjust pricing models aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Modify revenue strategies to target key markets and respond to changing market conditions.
- Identify and address factors impacting revenue loss, reduce costs, and improve margins.
- Validate and adjust GRO forecasts and decisions, including rate, length of stay restrictions, and oversell strategies.
- Investigate and resolve any GRO exemptions or notifications.
- Monitor market rates and make necessary adjustments.
- Create and maintain sales calendars, and generate daily and weekly revenue reports.
- Conduct regular business reviews with Directors of Sales and Sales Managers at each property.
- Develop group blocks or negotiated codes when needed.
- Distribute weekly group pick-up reports and 12-day operations forecasts.
- Share relevant industry trends and articles with property teams.
- Participate in monthly financial review calls with ownership and monthly OTA market manager calls.
- Validate and review monthly STR data, discuss STR performance, and review Pulse and RPM reports.
- Generate the annual rooms revenue budget.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5 years of hotel revenue management experience.
- Experience across multiple hotels and brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG, is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2 to 4-year college degree is a plus.
- Must be proficient with Windows operating systems.
- Must have valid driver’s license for applicable state and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
