Salary: $140,000 - $150,000
Your Role:
As our Corporate Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll drive culinary and service excellence across the portfolio while mentoring teams and optimizing performance. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute F&B strategies that maximize revenue, guest satisfaction, and market competitiveness.
- Lead concept development for restaurants, bars, catering, and banquet programs across multiple properties.
- Champion menu innovation, beverage program enhancements, and service refinements.
- Establish and enforce operational standards, SOPs, and service guidelines for consistency and quality.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, RevPAS, cost percentages, and catering margins.
- Support properties with menu engineering, pricing strategies, and sales initiatives to drive profitability.
- Partner on design, renovation, and new-build F&B projects.
- Provide hands-on leadership during property visits, including service observations, tastings, and live coaching.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop F&B leaders across the portfolio, building succession plans for key roles.
- Design and deliver training programs to strengthen culinary, beverage, and leadership capabilities.
- Travel frequently (up to 75%) to provide on-site support and operational oversight.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in F&B operations, with multi-property or corporate oversight preferred.
- Proven success in F&B strategy development, menu engineering, and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of culinary and beverage trends, food safety standards, and hospitality best practices.
- Track record of balancing guest satisfaction with profitability.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with financial reporting, analysis, and operational systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently (75%) to support properties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
