Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Build, lead, and mentor sales operations and revenue-focused teams.
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and engineering to align offerings with market demand.
- Monitor and manage the revenue pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive insights.
- Drive customer success initiatives that improve retention and maximize customer lifetime value.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5 years of leadership experience in revenue operations or sales management within SaaS, AI, fintech, or payments.
- Strong experience optimizing sales processes and managing pipelines in high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams.
Nice to Have Skills:
