Job Description
We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective care coordination, and the ability to manage both routine and complex patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Respond effectively to routine and complex clinical situations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Address patients’ physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and health management
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Delegate tasks appropriately and support team-based care delivery
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
Certifications & Licenses
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state or compact) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Work Schedule
- Multiple shifts available (flexible scheduling)
Work Environment
- Hospital or clinical setting
