Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients. The Loader Operator will operate a rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with a hydraulically powered bucket to lift, load, and transport bulk materials across storage and processing areas. This position is part of a portable plant in Frisco, TX and requires adherence to high safety standards, routine equipment maintenance, and effective communication with supervisors and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate loader equipment safely, including starting engine, shifting gears, maneuvering, and using hydraulic levers to load, transport, and dump materials.
- Follow instructions provided by supervisors; work periodically inspected for safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Perform routine loader maintenance such as fueling, lubrication, and cleaning.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and customers serviced.
- Demonstrate commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies; actively promote a safety-first culture in all work environments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Equivalent years of experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loader operation or related duties.
- Must follow all safety protocols and use approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators when required.
- Must be clean-shaven in respirator seal areas to pass fit tests (qualitative and quantitative).
