Role Overview
We are seeking a Manager to lead the global strategy and execution of website and product detail page (PDP) experiences for a leading skincare brand. This role will focus on delivering high-impact digital experiences that drive consumer engagement, brand storytelling, and e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Experience & Website Strategy
- Lead the vision and execution of the global brand website to enhance user experience and engagement
- Transform digital platforms into compelling, user-centric destinations that balance brand storytelling and performance
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone, and content across all digital touchpoints
Product Detail Page (PDP) Optimization
- Develop and optimize PDP content to improve conversion, clarity, and user experience
- Translate product features, benefits, and claims into engaging and consumer-friendly content
- Continuously test and improve PDP performance using data and insights
E-Commerce Performance
- Partner with e-commerce and analytics teams to drive conversion, retention, and overall digital performance
- Identify and address friction points in the customer journey
- Utilize A/B testing, analytics, and consumer insights to guide decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, technology, and regional teams to ensure aligned execution
- Support global frameworks while enabling localized adaptations based on market needs
Digital Innovation & Leadership
- Stay current with digital trends, user behavior, and emerging technologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital strategies and capabilities
- Support best practices in digital content, UX, and performance optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or website management
- Experience managing websites and product detail pages (PDPs)
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX), conversion optimization, and analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in skincare, beauty, or consumer products industries
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and digital performance metrics
- Ability to manage global projects and collaborate across regions
