Summary
We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Regional Director of Supply Chain to lead and optimize supply chain operations across multiple healthcare facilities. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization while aligning with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional supply chain strategy and execution
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution operations
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across multiple facilities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including data privacy and vendor standards
- Collaborate with finance and operational leadership to meet performance and budget goals
- Monitor inventory accuracy, reporting, and ERP system performance
- Manage supplier relationships and contract implementation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve service delivery
- Lead and mentor regional supply chain teams
- Support large-scale projects and system-wide initiatives
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred)
Experience:
- Extensive experience in supply chain, logistics, or healthcare operations
- Experience managing multi-site or regional operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of procurement systems, inventory control, and operational analytics
Skills:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Infor) and Microsoft Office tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data
Certifications (Preferred):
- CMRP or equivalent certification
