Job Summary
One of our clients is seeking a Practice Operations Supervisor to oversee the administrative and operational functions of one or more clinical practice locations. This role is responsible for managing staff, supporting financial and operational performance, and ensuring efficient workflows while maintaining compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned clinical practices, ensuring efficient and effective workflows
- Supervise, train, and support administrative and clinical support staff
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational goals, policies, and procedures
- Support budgeting activities, including monitoring expenditures and preparing financial reports
- Ensure accuracy of operational and financial data and assist with analysis and reporting
- Address and resolve operational and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, standards, and internal policies
- Coordinate communication between providers, staff, and leadership teams
- Monitor performance metrics and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality
- Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and staff development
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support operational initiatives
- Participate in ongoing process improvement and quality assurance efforts
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive information
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- Experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, or a related field preferred
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
Skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Work Schedule
