- Job Type: Full-Time (Night Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM)
Job Summary
This role supports hospital and health system operations by transporting medical supplies, equipment, mail, and other materials between locations safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medical supplies, equipment, mail, and operational materials between facilities
- Safely operate company-approved vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and safety procedures
- Load and unload items as required
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and transfer documentation
- Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate maintenance needs
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Use smartphones and computer systems for delivery tasks and documentation
- Provide professional customer service to staff and internal departments
- Support additional reasonable duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous courier, delivery, or driving experience preferred
- Safe driving history consistent with company policy and applicable law
- Valid driver’s license required in the state of employment
- Additional commercial licensing may be required depending on location and vehicle type
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety and operational purposes
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic technology skills
- Ability to lift and move materials safely as required
Job Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Location: On-site / Multi-site Travel
- Compensation: Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience
