Job Summary
The Director of Clinic Operations provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership across multiple clinic locations. This role ensures consistent, high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with healthcare regulations while driving performance improvements and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Provide strategic leadership to Clinic Managers across multiple locations
- Standardize workflows, policies, and operational practices
- Align clinic operations with organizational goals and performance targets
Operational & Financial Management
- Oversee clinic performance, including staffing, patient volume, and revenue
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Lead initiatives related to clinic expansion, optimization, and service delivery
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality benchmarks
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
Provider Support
- Support provider onboarding, scheduling optimization, and performance management
- Assist with productivity monitoring and operational planning
People Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and develop Clinic Managers and team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and leadership development planning
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Patient Experience
- Optimize scheduling workflows and patient access
- Ensure consistent, high-quality patient service across all locations
Workforce Management
- Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and timekeeping processes
- Partner with HR on workforce planning and performance management
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
Experience
- Experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or related field
- Leadership experience managing multiple teams or locations preferred
