Summary
This position is a working-level, hands-on creative role that operates under the direction and guidance of the Creative Manager. The Digital Creative Producer is expected to actively produce creative outputs—including planning, production, and editing—while also possessing a solid understanding of digital marketing operations. The role supports vendor coordination, KPI tracking, and light operational adjustments within digital marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties
- Execute creative production tasks based on direction and strategy from the Creative Manager
- Produce creative content including video editing, visual and digital asset creation, and web/social content editing
- Manage content quality, revisions, and final deliverables
- Support coordination with external creative vendors
- Support digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate vendor-executed marketing activities
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Perform basic digital marketing operational tasks - Ensure alignment between creative and marketing execution
Working Hours, Working style
09:00-18:00 with 1 hour lunch break
Hybrid (Texas-based preferred)

Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience in creative production and/or digital marketing
- Strong hands-on skills in content creation and editing
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
- Understanding of digital marketing operations and KPIs
- Experience working with external vendors
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
