Proposal and RFP Specialist

Our client, a healthcare company in the higher education space, is looking for a full time Proposal and RFP Specialist. This full-time role comes with annual salary and competitive benefits, as well as bonus and annual merit-based salary increase potential.
 

This role requires onsite work in Grapevine for the first 90 days, before transitioning to a hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite / 2 days offsite per week.

MUST HAVE PROPOSAL AND / OR RFP COORDINATION EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

Proposal and RFP Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage schedule and production of RFPs and proposals
- Oversee implementation and tracking of RFP deadlines
- Craft formal RFP responses
- Respond to and answer RFP questionnaires 
- Write copy for emails, marketing collateral and web content
- Make minor design edits to existing templates using InDesign and Canva as needed
- Support various marketing projects including the development of marketing collateral
- Coordinate and develop sales materials: binders, presentations, advertising, promotional items
- Assist in coordinating conferences, health fairs, etc.
- Keep promotional materials prepared and current
- Manage RFP supply needs
 

Proposal and RFP Specialist Requirements: 
- 5 years of proposal, RFP, and / or marketing experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience making edits in Adobe InDesign, Canva, and WordPress
