Production Artist

Our beauty client is seeking a Production Artist to support a fast paced marketing production team within the beauty space. This role will partner closely with an Art Director to execute high quality creative assets across print, social, and digital channels. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines.

The Basics
Duration: 1.5 year assignment
Hours per week: 40 hours
Location: Hybrid schedule; onsite Monday through Thursday in Addison, TX and remote on Fridays

Top 3 Required Qualifications

• 1 years of experience producing print, social, and digital artwork supported by a portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop within a Mac environment
• Strong organizational and detail oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Other Qualifications
Associate degree in graphic design, advertising art, or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with digital asset management systems and workflow tools is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing production team by executing design and production work across print, social, and web channels
• Partner with the Art Director to develop and refine cross channel creative deliverables
• Manage projects from initial setup through revisions and final mechanical file preparation
• Ensure all assets meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and technical specifications before release
• Deliver all creative work on time while maintaining accuracy and consistency
• Update and maintain existing marketing assets and create new materials as needed for the US market
• Assemble presentation materials and toolkits and manage uploads into a digital asset management system
• Perform production work related to product packaging
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments while prioritizing deadlines and team needs
