IT Business Consultant (Project Engagement Lead)
Summary
This role serves as the main client-facing contact, ensuring that client expectations are aligned with project delivery. You will manage project scope, schedule, quality, and budget in collaboration with the Technical Project Manager and project team, while providing guidance to clients lacking in-house IT or project management resources. The position involves supporting small and midsize businesses across industries in improving their business performance through IT solutions, including system infrastructure, ERP, and other business applications.
