- Unit: 10-bed rapid admission unit
- Patient Ratio: 5:1
- Patient Population: General medical patients and surgical patients awaiting surgery
- This is a fast-paced admission unit, so patient turnover is higher than on a typical MedSurg floor.
- Nurses should be able to communicate clearly and work independently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of MedSurg/Telemetry experience
- BLS required
- ACLS required
