Manufacturing Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM) to oversee end-to-end project execution to produce server racks and related infrastructure products. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery, control project costs, and uphold our high standards of quality and engineering excellence.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple manufacturing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget targets are met.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, production, quality control, and logistics teams to streamline project workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-specific projects, ensuring client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Work closely with the production and planning team to schedule builds, manage capacity, and address potential bottlenecks.
• Maintain project documentation including timelines, change requests, production milestones, and risk assessments.
• Identify project risks and production issues early and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Recommend and lead initiatives for operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Attend internal and external meetings with global teams around the clock.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of/ Experience in/ Proficiency in server/storage/PC products
• Knowledge of server rack standards is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to effectively present to various audiences.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/business field.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing project management.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
