- Level II: $90–100k (3–5 years)
- Level III: $130k (5 years)

- Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline (preferred degrees, but not required: Optics, Optical Engineering, Physics, Robotics, or Computer Science)
- Driven, goal oriented and able to capitalize on opportunities

- Ability to communicate with engineers about complex topics
- 1-3 years of experience at a technology or engineering-centric company
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Business Development: Develop new outbound prospects, convert inbound opportunities, and grow existing accounts.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers.
- Solution Sales: Identify and recommend technical solutions which meet all customer requirements.
- Travel: Visit clients across the world and meet customers at industry tradeshows. Travel of 10%-25% is expected.
