Client Services Rep - Insurance Industry

EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED
- High School Diploma required
- 1 years of customer service experience, ideally call center experience
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Data entry speed & accuracy
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
- Provide outstanding service to agents, policyholders, and business partners regarding policy transactions, renewals, billing, and requests for information
- Thoroughly document interactions in company’s internal system
- Willingness to study and obtain Property & Casualty license, as well as complete insurance continuing education courses
