AP Specialist – Biotechnology Industry

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or 5 years of relevant experience
- Skilled with Accounts Payable practices and processes - both automated and non-automated
- Advanced Excel experience
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and Expensify preferred
- Experience in the biotech industry is a plus
- Verify the accuracy of invoices against POs and ensure accurate approval process
- Ensure all payables are properly coded and recorded to the correct company/GL account
- Process expense reports, audit corporate card charges, code, and reconcile
- Process check runs
