Our client is a leader in providing comprehensive healthcare services to older adults through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Their mission is to enable seniors to live independently in their communities for as long as possible. They are dedicated to creating a positive impact on the lives of those they serve and are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outreach Specialist to join their team in Denver, CO.
As an Outreach Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding reach within the community. Your primary responsibility will be to connect eligible seniors and their families with the PACE program, raising awareness of its benefits and fostering strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of community outreach or healthcare/medical sales experience (home health, hospice, SNF, acute rehab, medtech, medical insurance, or DME preferred)
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid, and how they impact patient eligibility and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Passion for serving the senior population and making a meaningful impact in the community
