What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Pursuit?
My client is a rapidly scaling SaaS leader in the real estate tech space—backed by Series C funding and already at $80M ARR (on track to $100M !). We’re looking for driven, outbound-focused Account Executives (AE1) to help expand our footprint with solo agents and small real estate teams. This is a 100% new business, full-cycle outbound sales role where your hustle and results will directly fuel your growth.
The Role:
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, cold call, run demos, and close deals
- Setting consultations daily
- High activity and strong consultative selling
- Culture: Hard-working but fun, supportive, and competitive in the best way
What They're Lookign For
- 1–3 years of sales experience
- Proven experience in SaaS, SMB, outbound sales (cold calling required)
- Strong tenure — no job hopping
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Grit, resilience, and a drive to succeed
Bonus if you have experience in the real estate industry—but it’s not required!
Compensation & Career Growth

- Year 1 OTE: $140K
