What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workday Systems Analyst | HR & Payroll position at Purple Hires Inc.?

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the HR and Payroll leadership to support all phases of the Workday implementation.
- Assist implementation partner with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Serve as the primary Workday Administrator post-implementation, maintaining system functionality and data integrity. Responsible for setting up post live features.
- Manage ongoing system maintenance, updates, user access, security settings, and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain system reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Provide user support, including training( both in person and via video) issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
