Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Client Success / Account Manager to manage existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities. The role requires strong relationship management, account growth ownership, and stakeholder engagement across senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain deep understanding of the organization’s service offerings
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Ensure regular communication to understand client needs and expectations
- Manage and resolve escalations effectively
- Engage with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Participate in client meetings, events, and roadshows as required
