✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ 7–10 years in hotel leadership roles
✔️ Current or recent General Manager (Hotel) OR strong Assistant GM ready to step up
✔️ Experience with Hilton (preferred) / Marriott / Hyatt / IHG
✔️ Strong P&L management & financial performance track record
✔️ Experience in full-service hotels with F&B & banquets
✔️ Union environment experience (highly preferred)
- Lead end-to-end hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Banquets, Sales)
- Own full P&L responsibility and drive profitability
- Manage budgeting, forecasting & financial strategy
- Optimize KPIs: RevPAR, ADR, GOP, labor cost
- Ensure Hilton brand compliance & QA readiness
- Drive guest experience (Medallia, SALT, online reputation)
- Lead F&B and banquet operations
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team
- Strengthen local market presence & partnerships
