Job Title: Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst
We are seeking a Financial Analysts to join our dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will support Finance department initiatives, prepare management reports, assist in long-range strategy planning, and provide internal consulting. You will also work with Business Intelligence (BI) tools to drive data-driven decision-making.

The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $91,000-150,000. (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.

We are seeking a Financial Analysts to join our dynamic Finance team. - Support the Finance team with financial planning and special departmental projects.
- Prepare and present management reports as necessary.
- Assist in longrange strategy planning and internal consulting projects.
- Utilize BI tools to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to support multiple seniorlevel clients.
- IDRE analysis: PRI is an IDRE a certified third party that analyzes billing disputes between healthcare providers and insurers. Finance’s role is to comply with the rules governing client funds, as dictated by government oversight entities.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience with Planning, Reporting, BI, and visualization systems; Planful/Host Analytics and PowerBI preferred.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
- High level of initiative and ability to formulate business issues into analytical problems and devise actionable solutions.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and support multiple seniorlevel clients.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings
- Experience with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendation
