The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $95,000-140,000 (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.

Manager, IDRE Operations
- Drive daily production performance by setting clear targets, tracking KPIs, and removing operational roadblocks to keep teams on pace.
- Ensure consistent quality and compliance by standardizing processes, reinforcing best practices, and leading rootcause problem solving.
- Lead capacity planning and forecasting efforts to proactively manage volume fluctuations and staffing needs.
- Build and lead a highperforming team by hiring top talent, coaching current associates for growth, and holding associates accountable to clear expectations.
- Coach and develop associates through regular feedback, workload reviews, and performance discussions to improve efficiency and quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging employee ideas and using data to implement initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
- Strengthen communication and collaboration across departments to align priorities, improve execution, and deliver results consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of experience in operations leadership, production management, or similar environment.
- Proven track record of managing KPIs, capacity planning, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools for capacity planning and performance tracking.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
