What are the responsibilities and job description for the Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) position at Protouch Staffing?
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care across neonates to geriatrics (primarily adult population)
- Assist with intubations and emergency airway management
- Administer respiratory treatments (nebulizers/updrafts)
- Draw ABGs (sent to lab for processing)
- Support ED in stabilizing critical/vented patients before transfer
- Collaborate closely with nursing, ED providers, and hospitalists
- Step in to assist other departments when RT workload is low
- Minimum 5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
- RRT/CRT Certification from NBRC
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
- Active State License
- EPIC experience required
