Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient orthopedic clinic in Redmond, OR. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who is comfortable working independently and delivering high-quality patient care in a clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Treat a variety of conditions including orthopedic, sports-related, and post-operative cases
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using WebPT EMR system
- Manage a consistent caseload of approximately 1 patient per hour
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Option to treat pelvic health/women's health cases (highly valued)
- Treat primarily adult and geriatric populations (pediatric patients optional)
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Note: New graduates are not being considered due to limited mentorship availability
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
- Motivated, growth-oriented mindset
- Experience or interest in pelvic health/women's health
- Background in sports rehabilitation and post-operative care

- Preferred: 8-9 hours per day, Monday through Thursday
- Alternative: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
