Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedics)

Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient orthopedic clinic in Redmond, OR. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who is comfortable working independently and delivering high-quality patient care in a clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Treat a variety of conditions including orthopedic, sports-related, and post-operative cases
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using WebPT EMR system
• Manage a consistent caseload of approximately 1 patient per hour
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Option to treat pelvic health/women's health cases (highly valued)
• Treat primarily adult and geriatric populations (pediatric patients optional)
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Note: New graduates are not being considered due to limited mentorship availability
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
• Motivated, growth-oriented mindset
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or interest in pelvic health/women's health
• Background in sports rehabilitation and post-operative care
  
  

Clinical Focus

• Outpatient Orthopedics

• Pelvic Health/Women's Health experience is a strong plus
  
  

Schedule

• Preferred: 8-9 hours per day, Monday through Thursday
• Alternative: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
• No weekend, on-call, or holiday requirements

• Clinic team: 1 Physical Therapist, 1 support staff
• Company-wide: 10 Physical Therapists, 6 support staff
• No PTAs currently on staff

Patient Volume & Population

• Average caseload: 1 patient per hour
• Patient population: Primarily adult and geriatric patients
• Opportunity to treat pediatric patients if desired
