seeking a Licensed Therapist/Counselor to support adult clients in an outpatient program focused on substance use recovery and behavioral health treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling and group therapy sessions
- Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans
- Support clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active NJ license: CADC, LCADC, LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC
- Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- One split shift required on either Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday
- Remote work may be available after 90 days (typically the last two hours of the workday)Work Setting
