Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Support: Assist the dentist side-by-side during comprehensive dental examinations and procedures.
- Preparation & Safety: Prepare and break down treatment rooms efficiently, ensuring all dental instruments are properly sterilized and organized.
- Diagnostics: Take high-quality dental X-rays and assist clinical staff with patient impressions.
- Patient Care & Administration: Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, chart patient details, and guide patients through their treatment plans with clarity and empathy.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and contribute to a supportive, drama-free workplace.
- Education/License: Dental Assistant certification or license is preferred (but we will consider highly motivated new graduates looking to launch their careers).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent clinical communication, and a sharp attention to detail.
