Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene appointments using holistic, fluoride-free techniques.
- Conduct periodontal assessments, preventive cleanings, and oral health evaluations.
- Educate patients on natural remineralization, nutrition, and holistic oral health practices.
- Utilize non-toxic dental products and support minimally invasive periodontal therapy.
- Assist with ozone therapy, laser therapy, herbal rinses, and other integrative dental treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Create a welcoming, patient-centered environment focused on comfort and wellness.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and professional standards.
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in North Carolina.
- Passion for holistic, biological, and biocompatible dentistry.
- Experience with or willingness to learn:
- Ozone therapy
- Laser therapy
- Alternative remineralization techniques
