Shift Scheduling: Mon - Fri 7:30 AM - 3 PM, Fri: 7:30 AM - 2 PM (No on-Call, Weekends)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our well-established clinical practice in Ashland, Kentucky. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and facial structures.
• Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on surgical procedures and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Eligible for OMSNIC malpractice insurance.
• Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA certification or willingness to obtain during credentialing.
