They are seeking to immediately hire an attorney with a minimum of two years of civil litigation experience to join their thriving and growing practice - or someone who can demonstrate why that experience requirement should be waived. They are interested in candidates who are motivated to provide exceptional customer service and unparalleled legal representation to the clients they serve. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent judgment, and solid analytical and writing skills.
Because of the firm's small size, all associates are entrusted with dealing directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts, and will be involved in all aspects of trial practice, including appeals.
They reward individual performance and offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including a starting salary in the range of $160,000 with an unparalleled bonus structure tied to the results delivered for clients. Base salary depends on level of experience. Flexible working arrangements (hybrid schedule) and billable hour requirements are designed to meet the needs of staff. For most lawyers, the minimum billable hour requirement is 120 hours per month.
To be considered, candidates must have a degree from an ABA-accredited law school, be a licensed member of the Utah bar in good standing (or in the process of obtaining a license), and be authorized to work in the United States.
