Can provide presentations to the community on the issues of domestic/sexual abuse and trauma. Supervises licensed Clinicians and interns.

The Successful Candidate
- Licensed in the state of Idaho as an LCPC or LCSW and approved as a Registered Clinical Supervisor by the State of Idaho, Bureau of Occupational Licensing. Or be able to transition their license by the hire date.
- Clinical experience, including crisis de-escalation and interventions
- Two plus years of supervision, leadership, and management experience and proven clinical supervisory skills, including conducting performance evaluations.
- Possess knowledge and skills in individual, family, and group therapy.
- Knowledge of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and a good understanding of the impact of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and trauma and possess the ability to deal with the demands of working with clients in crisis.
- Must be sensitive to the needs of people, spoken and unspoken, and be tolerant of diverse lifestyles and values.
- Bilingual (preferably Spanish) is a highly preferred skill.
- Strong ability to maintain strict confidentiality and maturity to handle sensitive information with an understanding of and ability to maintain boundaries in a respectful manner.
- Possess a current driver's license and proof of auto liability coverage to meet the minimum required by the State of Idaho.
