Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Summary

Our client, a highly regarded boutique law firm with thriving practices in commercial real estate, civil litigation, and tax and estate planning, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its growing team. The Commercial Real Estate Attorney will handle a broad range of sophisticated transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development-related work, and closings.

Responsibilties

• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and purchase agreements
• Conducting legal due diligence, including title and survey review and analysis, and preparing title objection letters
• Drafting legal memoranda summarizing title, development, and real estate risk issues
• Drafting and negotiating declarations, access easements, utility easements, and other real estate instruments
• Coordinating and managing commercial real estate closings

• Ground leases
• Retail leasing

Qualifications

• J.D. required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
