Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations for companion animals.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide preventive healthcare services, including vaccinations, wellness exams, and client education.
- Interpret laboratory results, diagnostic imaging, and other diagnostic tests.
- Perform routine surgical procedures and dental treatments.
- Educate pet owners on treatment options, preventive care, nutrition, and overall pet wellness.
- Collaborate effectively with veterinary technicians, assistants, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Utilize veterinary software and electronic medical records efficiently.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a animal general practice required.
- Experience in preventive medicine, diagnostics, routine surgery, and dentistry is highly desirable.
- Active California Veterinary License in good standing, or eligibility to obtain licensure before employment.
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain, if required).
- Current compliance with all state and federal veterinary practice requirements.

Salary : $175,000 - $225,000
