- We offer a 4 - day work week, guaranteed salary of $175,000 to $225,000 bonuses, paid medical and malpractice insurance, paid vacation, paid continuing education and a very experienced support staff. Last year we sent one of our techs and her husband on an all expenses paid Alaska cruise in honor of her 25th year of employment. The longevity of our employees speaks volumes about the practice culture.
- In addition to our normal clients, we provide veterinary services to over 30 dog and cat rescues. Not only does this provide a service to pets that might otherwise be euthanized, but it also provides an amazingly interesting caseload.
- I unabashedly feel that this is the top available associate veterinary position in a small animal hospital in Southern California. We are 20 minutes to the beach and 2 hours to snow skiing.
