Office Administrator (Japanese Bilingual Required)
The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting daily office operations, HR functions, inventory management, and shipping/logistics activities. This role ensures efficient workflow, effective communication, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support (phones, mail, scheduling, supplies, recordkeeping)
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company documentation
- Support HR activities including recruiting, onboarding, and employee inquiries
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier coordination
- Process purchase orders, track shipments, and verify invoices
- Handle domestic and international shipping, including import/export documentation and compliance
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Maintain contracts, reports, and regulatory filings
- Assist with cross-department coordination and administrative projects
Requirements:
- Japanese bilingual proficiency (required)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
