What you’ll do:
- Manage and mentor the pricing/reporting and client/timekeeper data teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations and approve timecards/PTO for your team.
- Oversee monthly, annual, and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop pricing proposals for RFPs while ensuring compliance with firm policies.
- Partner with leadership, practice groups, finance, business development, and data teams to ensure accurate and streamlined reporting.
- Lead matter budgets, client rates, and profitability analysis.
- Build and maintain SSRS and Power BI reports to deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in reporting, pricing, or financial analysis (legal industry required).
- 3 years of managerial experience leading high-performing teams.
- Advanced technical skills in Aderant, Power BI, MS Excel, and SQL (Azure experience a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
