  • Support reporting requirements related to external stakeholders, including lenders or investors, ensuring alignment with established expectations.
  • Drive the annual planning process, including consolidation of financial statements, forecasts, and long-range planning outputs.
  • Prepare and maintain budget vs. actual analysis, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build and enhance executive dashboards and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience preparing materials for executive leadership, board-level audiences, or external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet dynamics.
  • Experience operating within complex or multi-entity organizations, ideally in high-growth or sponsor-backed environments.
  • Ability to translate financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., FP&A platforms, BI tools) preferred.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
