Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Austin, TX. The Office Administrator will handle daily administrative tasks, manage office operations, oversee administrative responsibilities such as HR, accounting, banking and logistics. Additional responsibilities include providing support to staff, facilitating communication with HQ in Korea, coordinating logistics schedules, and handling customer service inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Korean and English, ensure communication channel with HQ in Korea
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
- Experience with using Quickbooks or other accounting software
- Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Customer Service skills to address client and staff needs promptly and courteously
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in commonly used office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Relevant experience or a degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
