- 1 year in human resources or a similar confidential environment.

Job Description
- Provide administrative support to HR and payroll.
- Assist with recruiting (non-exempt positions), onboarding new hires, and coordinating performance reviews.
- Maintain HRIS and paper records.
- Handle time and labor reporting.
- Run employment reference checks and file unemployment claims.
- Maintain I-9 records, OSHA log, and ITAR visitor records.
- Direct visitors and answer phone calls.
- Verify staffing agency invoices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Excel, databases, and Word.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- Professional communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
