Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm

Job Description

• Developing and managing production schedules
• Analyzing forecasting data to anticipate demand and resource needs
• Coordinating manufacturing processes across products and departments
• Implementing strategies to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resources
• Monitoring workflow throughout the facility to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Evaluating requirements for schedules, raw materials, and labor to support seamless production
  
  

Position Requirements

• Proficiency with analytic tools such as spreadsheets and database management systems
• Strong skills in Excel and project management software
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal abilities
• Physical capability to move throughout the facility, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to visually review hard copy customer and engineering specifications
