Position: Estimating Planner

Location: Tulsa, OK (Occasional travel may be required)

Pay: $90,000 to $150,000/year

Experience

• Must have HIGH pressure vessel and Process Plant experience.
• Experience with ACCE software.
  
  

Education: High school diploma or GED is required.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

ProRecruiters is seeking an Estimating Planner to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Review RFQs to ensure alignment with client requirements, codes, and standards.
• Develop and present accurate cost and timeline estimates for project compliance.
• Ensure all estimates meet Quality Systems Manual standards.
• Identify sub-tier supplier requirements for inclusion in quotations.
• Evaluate manufacturing capacity to improve delivery accuracy.
• Support client communication and negotiations regarding specification compliance.
• Define equipment compliance standards when not specified by the client.
• Obtain and maintain vendor pricing for equipment, parts, and subcontracted services.
• Participate in project and manufacturing kick-off meetings and coordinate with Product Engineering post-award.
• Maintain estimating records, update CRM/ERP systems, manage vendor relationships, and communicate effectively across teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, utilizing excellent time management skills, is required.
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills are required.
