Job Description:
- Support financial advisors with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage advisor calendars and schedule client meetings.
- Prepare client meeting materials and financial planning documents.
- Process paperwork for account openings, transfers, and distributions.
- Track account requests and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records.
- Update CRM systems and manage client data.
- Research and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Prior experience supporting financial advisors or wealth management teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience using CRM systems for client and account management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail when handling documentation.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
