You’ll support candidates, employees, and customers from first application through assignment and payroll—while playing a critical role in branch performance and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk‑in applicants, guiding them through applications, onboarding documents, orientations, and pre‑employment requirements
- Screen candidates for general and skilled roles, clearly communicating job expectations to drive strong fill rates and high customer satisfaction
- Manage daily employee communications including call‑offs, arrival confirmations, dispatch needs, and issue resolution
- Ensure 100% accuracy of hiring documentation, payroll submission, and employee records within Avionté ATS
- Build strong relationships with PROMAN clients through site visits, ongoing communication, and proactive problem resolution

- Candidates feel informed, supported, and confident heading to their assignments
- Clients receive dependable, well‑matched employees who meet job expectations
- Payroll and compliance documentation are accurate and on time
- Issues are resolved quickly, with appropriate escalation when needed
- The branch operates smoothly—even during high‑volume days
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer service, staffing, HR, retail, or other fast‑paced environments
- Comfortable using technology; Microsoft Office required, Avionté experience wanted!
- Adaptable, dependable, and team‑oriented; bilingual Spanish/English skills may be required
Work Environment & Expectations
- Primarily office‑based with time spent at the front desk and applicant window
- Occasional travel to client sites or other branch offices as business needs require
- Ability to walk customer facilities, stand for periods of time, and lift files or boxes as needed
