This role leads purchasing operations, manages domestic and international suppliers, mentors a procurement team, and drives cost‑effective, compliant sourcing strategies that support production and supply chain continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop procurement staff
- Manage daily purchasing and sourcing activities
- Oversee international suppliers, imports, customs, and tariffs
- Analyze pricing and purchasing trends to reduce costs
- Track supplier performance, KPIs, and risk
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, operations, and production
- Utilize ERP systems, dashboards, and data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Supply Chain)
- 2–4 years of procurement experience
- 3–5 years working with international suppliers and customs
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
✅ Must be eligible to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
